If the word ‘exercise’ sounds uncomfortable to you, remember that not all easy weight loss activities involve gym equipments. You can start by taking the stairs, and walking your dog every morning. If your school or work is just several blocks away, you can walk or use your bicycle. Even daily household chores can help you trim down those extra pounds. Clean the backyard, tend the garden, or cut the grass growing stubbornly on the lawn. You do not only shed a few hundred calories, but you also do yourself a favor of keeping your house clean.
